Qualifications

• License in RCF/AL Administrator or LPN preferred but not required.
• Level 1 Med Aide or CNA experience is a plus.
• Healthcare management experience including supervision of staff.
• Strong written and oral communication abilities.
• Proven leadership capabilities and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent regulatory compliance history.

Responsibilities

• Conduct meetings with staff and department managers.
• Hire and maintain facility staff.
• Market the facility's services to the community.
• Implement policies and facility goals.
• Coordinate with community resources.
