Job summary

Urban Alchemy in Santa Fe is seeking a Practitioner for Guest Services to provide outstanding care and customer service to guests at its interim housing sites. The role requires maintaining safety and order, while creating a welcoming environment for guests transitioning out of homelessness.

The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, and bilingual skills are preferred. This full-time hourly position offers a wage of $19/hr along with health insurance, paid time off, and additional benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year working in a similar position preferred.
• Experience with incarceration strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact comfortably.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding care and customer service to guests.
• Check in guests and ensure compliance with community guidelines.
• Conduct intake with new guests and provide orientation.
