Qualifications

• Must be between ages 21 and 39.
• BMI must be under 30 at enrollment.
• US citizen or permanent resident to participate.
• Must have had one successful pregnancy.

Responsibilities

• Provide gestational surrogacy services in coordination with the agency.
• Follow medical, legal, and emotional support procedures provided by the agency.
• Ensure timely and accurate payments through the agency’s systems.
