Eligible candidates are U.S. citizens or permanent residents aged 21-39 with BMI under 30, and a prior pregnancy. Sign-on bonuses and monthly allowances are provided to assist during the journey.

• Have had one successful pregnancy.
• Must be healthy and compassionate.

Responsibilities

• Support intended parents through the surrogacy journey with guidance from the agency.
• Participate in medical, legal and emotional support processes alongside the agency team.
