Qualifications

• Between ages 21-39 years
• Have one successful pregnancy
• BMI under 30
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident

Responsibilities

• Carry pregnancies for intended parents as part of a surrogacy journey
• Follow the agency’s medical, legal, and emotional support plan
• Maintain communication with your case manager and support team throughout the process
