Qualifications

• Healthy, non-smoking gestational surrogate aged 21–39.
• US citizen or permanent resident.
• BMI under 30.
• One prior successful pregnancy.
• Willingness to work with an agency and follow medical, legal, and program guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for intended parents while undergoing medical procedures per program protocol.
• Collaborate with medical, legal, and support teams to ensure a smooth journey.
• Attend required meetings and follow the surrogate journey plan.
