Qualified candidates are healthy, between 21 and 39 years old, with BMI under 30 and US citizenship or permanent residency. A dedicated case manager and 24/7 support are provided throughout the journey.

Qualifications

• One successful pregnancy or prior surrogacy experience.
• Healthy BMI under 30 and medical clearance.
• US citizen or permanent resident or eligible non-citizen.
• Willing to undergo medical procedures as part of surrogacy.

Responsibilities

• Carry pregnancy for intended parents as agreed.
• Attend medical appointments and follow care plan.
• Stay in touch with your case manager and coordinators.
