This on-site role will carry out treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists, providing therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility interventions that enhance residents’ safety, independence, and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Carry out treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists and perform therapeutic exercises.
• Provide gait and balance training and functional mobility interventions to improve safety and independence.
• Document progress in EMRs and collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.
