Job summary

Broken Bow Health and Rehab is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Oklahoma to provide daily resident care. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor vitals, and relay concerns to the supervising nurse.

Responsibilities include turning and lifting residents, basic grooming, bathing, feeding, and documenting observations. A valid Oklahoma CNA license and a clean background check are required; geriatric experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant license in Oklahoma.
• Active license in good standing throughout employment.
• Pass a background check.
• One (1) year geriatric nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing and positioning.
• Take vital signs including temperature, blood pressure and oxygen saturation.
• Talk with residents and relay concerns to supervising nurse or physician.
• Record observations in patient charts and report concerns to supervisor.
• Help turn or lift residents with mobility issues.
• Provide basic care tasks including grooming, dressing, bathing, eating and exercise.
