Job summary

Arden Courts of Geneva, IL is seeking a Caregiver to assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, meals, housekeeping and social engagement. You will work as part of the Health & Wellness Team to ensure high-quality resident care and comfort in a respectful environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic reading/writing and English communication. Prior elderly care or dementia experience is a plus, with state certification as required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic reading and writing skills, and ability to speak English understandably.
• Knowledge and experience in working with elderly; dementia experience preferred.
• Certification required according to state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in daily life including personal care, meals, housekeeping, laundry, activities and orientation.
• Support the Health & Wellness Team to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Maintain safety and dignity while assisting residents with daily tasks.
