Job summary

Arden Courts of West Palm Beach in Florida is hiring a Caregiver to help residents with daily living activities, including personal care, meals, housekeeping and social activities. You’ll work as part of the Health & Wellness Team to deliver compassionate, resident-centered care.

Requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent, basic reading/writing and English speaking skills, and experience with elderly or dementia care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic reading and writing skills, and ability to speak English.
• Knowledge and experience in working with elderly & dementia experience preferred.
• Certification required according to state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in daily life including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, activities, orientation and information needs.
• Provide supportive, respectful care ensuring resident comfort and safety.
