Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living Geneva Road is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide hands-on care for residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. The role emphasizes empathy, reliability, teamwork, and a hospitable approach to help residents thrive as they age.

Experience as a caregiver or relevant training is welcomed; CNAs not required. Candidates should be 18+, with a HS diploma and strong English communication. This on-site position includes weekend and holiday rotation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider.
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.
• Consistent and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to residents.
• Promote socialization and participation in community activities.
• Document and maintain accurate daily care records and report changes.
• Uphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Provide hands-on toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed.
• Prioritize hospitality and resident satisfaction in interactions.
