Job summary

Claiborne Senior Living in Newnan, GA is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to provide high-quality, compassionate care to our senior residents. Licensed CNAs with integrity and teamwork will connect with residents and families to deliver person-centered care.

Responsibilities include direct resident care, ADL support, vital signs, documentation, and reporting changes to nursing staff. Full-time, on-site role with benefits and opportunity for growth.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in senior living, assisted living, or healthcare is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain is expected.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate mindset are essential.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care in accordance with CNA scope of practice.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Measure and document vital signs and resident observations.
• Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Support mobility, transfers, and safety.
• Document care accurately and timely.
• Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines.

Skills

Active CNA certification
