Job summary

Trinity Community at Beavercreek is seeking a dedicated Resident Care Assistant to support residents and enhance their daily quality of life. You will accompany residents to appointments, provide comfort, supervise activities, and document day-to-day care in medical records.

Assist with personal care, meals, and mobility while maintaining a safe, homelike environment. Training is provided; employment offers a stable on-site role with opportunities to grow within the community.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: No prior experience necessary.
• Computer Skills: Must be able to proficiently operate a computer, the Internet and basic office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in resident care and accompany residents to external appointments as needed.
• Answer call lights promptly and report changes in resident condition to the supervising nurse.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident units and document care in the medical chart.
• Assist with meals and personal care following safety protocols and encourage resident independence.
• Observe safety hazards and report incidents or emergencies to appropriate staff.
