Job summary

United Church Homes is seeking a Nursing Assistant for Trinity Community at Beavercreek. You will participate in nursing shifts, assist residents with bathing, feeding, mobility, and daily activities while following care plans and infection control guidelines.

Responsibilities include documenting care, communicating changes to the nurse, and supporting residents and families. Training opportunities and equal opportunity employer status are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Successful completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant program; certification maintained as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, hygiene and activities of daily living.
• Assist with meals and feeding as needed; ensure hydration.
• Take nursing report, follow care plans, and report changes to supervisor.
• Position residents safely, transport as needed, and operate assistive devices per policy.
• Record care entries accurately in flow sheets and charts.
