Job summary

Qualifications

• Provide ADL assistance including dressing, bathing and mobility support.
• Observe changes in residents' condition and report promptly.
• Maintain certifications and participate in staff meetings.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including dressing and mobility.
• Assist residents to dining areas or serve trays as needed.
• Provide and/or assist with personal laundry when required.
• Participate in recreation activities and activity programs.
• Document incidents and communicate with staff as needed.
• Orient new residents and staff to the facility; support event setup.
