Job summary

Apploi is seeking an Assisted Living Universal Worker to help provide compassionate care to tenants in our community. This non-exempt role works under the RN Designee to support daily living activities and follow individualized care plans.

You will document services, monitor tenant well-being, assist with personal care tasks, and participate in ongoing care planning and safety procedures within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Provide personal care per documented individualized care plans.
• Accurately document all services for tenants per policy.
• Follow emergency procedures and maintain safety within the community.

Responsibilities

• Assist tenants with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, nutrition, mobility and hygiene.
• Record vital signs and communicate deviations to the supervising RN Designee.
• Follow tenants’ service plans and report observations to care team.
