Service Corporation International in Bremerton, WA seeks a Transfer Specialist to safely manage the care, removal, and transport of deceased individuals. You will drive company vehicles, maintain cleanliness, and present a professional image when interacting with families.

You will follow chain-of-custody procedures, cooperate with first responders, hospital staff, and care facilities, and enter event information into our software.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• At least 1 year courier/driver experience with direct customer interaction preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive company vehicles to perform first-call transfers of deceased.
• Follow chain-of-custody procedures and entry of transfer data into software.
• Interact with families in a respectful, professional manner.
• Assist with transferring caskets to airports, care centers, or funeral homes.
