Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare for services, including delivering and setting up floral arrangements, chairs, caskets, urns and keepsakes.
• Greet client families and provide information; assist with service logistics and documents.
• Answer phones, operate office equipment, and support clerical duties.
• Assist with visitations, memorials, and funeral services; provide ushering and transportation as needed.
• Drive funeral home vehicles for services and pick-ups; ensure refreshments are available where allowed by law.
• Support management with preparation of remains and setting up for services and ceremonies.
• Attend monthly staff meetings and adhere to company policies and procedures.
