Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a funeral attendant to assist with transportation into care and to be present during services. You will help with upkeep, greeting visitors, and coordinating transport and parking under supervision of a licensed Funeral Director.

Responsibilities include assisting with services, ensuring safety, and supporting administrative tasks related to funeral service, while developing skills toward a mortuary science career.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in client relations, facilities maintenance or related field.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Possesses valid state driver's license.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to interact and collaborate effectively in a team atmosphere.
• Availability to work some holidays, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist funeral team with transportation of loved ones into our care.
• Attend services and visitation, greet visitors, coordinate pallbearers, arrange transport and parking.
• Transport individuals with extreme care.
• Perform other related functions as assigned.
