Job summary

Everstory Partners seeks a dedicated Funeral Attendant to assist the funeral team with transportation of loved ones into care and to serve as an attendant during services. You will help keep facilities clean, assist with services, and support coordination of related legal and administrative matters under supervision.

The role offers opportunities to learn the mortuary field and grow toward a career path in death care, with a strong emphasis on compassionate customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in client relations or facilities maintenance.
• Interest in mortuary science/end of life planning.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with funeral services and visitation, including greeting visitors and coordinating pallbearers.
• Transport individuals with care and support vehicle operations.
• Maintain funeral home cleanliness and facility upkeep.
• Support coordination of related legal and administrative tasks under a licensed Funeral Director.
