Responsibilities

• Prepares for services, delivering and setting up floral items, chairs, caskets and keepsakes.
• Prepares documents related to services, cremations, maintenance.
• Assists with preparation of remains and operation of crematory as allowed by law.
• Office duties: phones, fax, computer, multiline phone system, debit card, typewriter, postage, scale, stereo/video.
• Runs errands for floral delivery and supplies.
• Serves as usher and may park cars or transport.
• Drives funeral home vehicles for services and family pickup.
• Ensures refreshments are available.
• Assist with visitations, memorial and funeral services: setup, dressing remains.
• Greets clients and provides information.
