Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of office clerical or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet the public and provide information on services in a polite manner.
• Prepare and process documents like death certificates and memorial paperwork.
• Handle payments, contracts, and basic office duties.
• Coordinate memorial orders and inventory for vaults and markers.
• Maintain confidentiality and compassionate communication with families.
• Assist with obituaries and support location management as needed.
• Back up Receptionist duties and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Work with county clerks, medical examiners and physicians as required.
