Job summary

Foundation Partners in Minnesota seeks a Funeral Attendant to support viewings, funeral services, and memorials with professionalism and compassion. You will assist the funeral director, help move remains, and coordinate with staff to ensure services run smoothly.

Responsibilities include guiding visitors, driving duties for hearses and limousines, and performing tasks with safety standards. Lift up to 75 lbs; valid MN driver’s license; weekend/on-call shifts required.

Responsibilities

• Assists the funeral director with a variety of tasks during funerals and visitations to ensure services run smoothly.
• Maintains a friendly attitude while offering assistance and guidance to all persons entering the location.
• Assists in the movement of the casketed deceased and related items in and out of the visitation area, chapel, church, or other places of service.
• Drives the hearse, family limousine, or other vehicles in the funeral cortege and related activities.
