Job summary

Qualifications

Active Georgia Funeral Director and Embalmer licenses.
1+ year of funeral directing experience.
Valid driver's license with a clean record.
Willingness for on-call rotation.
On-site presence required.

Responsibilities

Direct, manage, and oversee all funeral services and events.
Coordinate arrangements with families and stakeholders, providing guidance.
Assist families with selecting products, services, and finalizing financial arrangements.
Perform embalming, casketing, cosmetizing, and preparation of remains.
Prepare and transfer cremated remains in accordance with regulations.
Complete administrative paperwork accurately and compliantly.
Maintain active licensure and professional certifications.
On-call rotation as required.
