Responsibilities

• Receives or initiates calls to deceased next of kin, gathers contact information, and schedules Arrangement appointments.
• May perform removals or transfers adhering to company standards; updates status in proprietary software.
• Greets next of kin and conducts Arrangement Conference; discusses available life insurance, benefits, merchandise, and pricing.
• Transitions Arrangement Conference to Funeral Services Counselor to present options and finalize contracts.
• Reviews and authorizes merchandise and service contract revisions.
