Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Confirms authorization to proceed with service arrangements and directs the funeral services.
• Presides as Master of Ceremonies for visitation, funeral, or graveside services with professionalism.
• Interacts with families to fulfill death care requests and informs about pre-need services.
• Reviews and authorizes merchandise and service contract revisions.
• Performs arrangements conference, discusses options, and coordinates with staff.
