Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, sociology, psychology, counseling, or related human services field; two years' experience with children and families.
• A graduate degree may substitute five years of placing agency experience if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver case management services, individual and family counseling, and supervision of foster families.
• Maintain weekly contact with foster families, children, bio-families, and monitor progress.
• Develop individual treatment plans for children in care; prepare progress reports.
