Alameda Center is seeking a Dietary Aide to support food service operations, maintain sanitary kitchen areas, and assist in meal preparation. You will deliver meals to residents, help in dining rooms, and ensure a high standard of service in a caring environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and understand directions in English.
• TB test must be provided annually.

Responsibilities

• Reports at assigned time, in uniform, ready for duty.
• Handles food and equipment according to sanitation policies and procedures.
• Operates safely and follows regulations for kitchen equipment.
• Delivers food carts and trays to resident rooms and dining areas.
• Serves in dining rooms and assists with meal service.
• Prepares and delivers snacks as directed.
• Assists in daily cleaning duties per policies.
• Reports discrepancies to supervisor.
• Ensures compassionate service to residents and families.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
