Job summary

Omatochi is seeking a Caregiver I to provide direct in-home care and support to clients in California. You will assist with daily living activities, follow individualized care plans, and document services with accuracy while maintaining safety and dignity for clients.

This field-based role requires reliability, compassionate interactions, and the ability to adapt to variable schedules, including evenings and weekends. Overtime eligibility is included under California labor laws.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving or related experience.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions.
• Reliable transportation within service area.
• Ability to pass background check and required screenings.
