Job summary

Everleap Fertility is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our fertility care team in Clive, Iowa. The RN will support patients throughout their fertility journey, providing clinical care, education, treatment coordination, and ongoing support.

The role requires an active RN license, a BSN degree, and 2+ years of nursing experience, preferably in women’s health. In-office procedures assistance and EMR documentation are key duties.

Qualifications

• Active RN license without limitations – required
• BSN degree – required
• BCLS/ACLS certification – preferred
• 2+ years of practical nursing experience – highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for fertility patients and manage treatment plans
• Provide patient education throughout the fertility journey
• Support providers with in-office procedures and documentation
• Enter and maintain accurate EMR data and test results
• Offer emotional and psychological support to patients and families
