Job summary

Qualifications

• DEA registration in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care including preventive services.
• Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services.
• Document medical histories and treatment plans thoroughly.
• Deliver prenatal care and manage acute and chronic illnesses.
• Mentor staff and participate in continuous quality improvements.
