Tepeyac offers a full compensation package to all full-time employees. Benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance, a flexible spending account, a 401k, disability insurance paid for by Tepeyac, twelve paid holidays in 2026, approximately four weeks of paid time off each year, and over one week of sick leave annually.; these benefits will be prorated based on FTE. Licensed providers receive time off and reimbursement for CME and reimbursement for the Colorado licensing renewal fee.
The salary range for this position is $212,367 - $235,000 annually,depending on years of experience and years of licensure.
The qualified Family Medicine Physician will provide high-quality care in the full scope of primary care services, including prenatal care, including but not limited to diagnosis, treatment, coordination of care, preventive care and health maintenance to patients. The Family Medicine Physician will be an integral part of the care team and work collaboratively with all patients and staff. The ideal candidate will take initiative, have a passion to advocate and to provide healthcare to the underserved.
Oral and written fluency in English and oral proficiency in medical Spanish required (fluency preferred).
