Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain public and common areas.
• Ensure resident rooms and bathrooms are cleaned and sanitized.
• Wipe down handrails and keep areas dust-free.
• Remove dirt, dust, and food from walls, mirrors, and fixtures.
• Empty trash and replace liners as needed.
• Sweep and mop floors throughout the facility.
• Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals safely.
• Operate cleaning equipment per manufacturer instructions.
• Keep housekeeping carts and storage areas clean and organized.
• Report safety concerns to the Director of Housekeeping or Nursing leadership.
• Notify when supplies need replenishment.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and a positive attitude.
• Manage time effectively and work independently or with the team.
