Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid NY driver license with proper class/endorsement.
• Clean driving record with no violations in past 36 months.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents to and from medical facilities and appointments.
• Assist with loading/unloading residents, including wheelchair users.
• Ensure safety and comfort of residents during transport.
• Perform pre/post trip vehicle inspections and report issues.
• Comply with NY Vehicle and Traffic Laws and facility policies.
• Coordinate with Transportation Services Coordinator regarding service needs.
