You will assist residents with mobility, ensure secure entry and exit from the vehicle, and support the lifestyle team during outings. A current CDL (Class B or C where required) and a clean driving record are required, along

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Class B or C CDL license if driving a bus.
• Chauffeur’s license if required by state.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents to medical appointments and activities.
• Ensure resident safety during entry and exit of the vehicle.
• Assist residents with walking aids when boarding/alighting.
• Provide a high level of customer service at all times.
• Maintain records of resident appointments for monthly billing.
• Report vehicle deficiencies to supervisor.
• Assist lifestyle team with outings when necessary.
• Report concerns about residents’ well‑being to supervisor.
• Participate in emergency evacuation drills and assist residents as needed.
• Keep the vehicle clean, orderly, and safe.
• Report on-the-job injuries to the supervisor by shift end.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Other duties as assigned
