Job summary

StoryPoint Group’s Flourish Collection at Oakland is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide personalized assistance for residents within our community. The role emphasizes dignity, safety, and promoting independence as part of a supportive team.

You will support daily living activities, including bathing, dining, mobility, and medication reminders, while maintaining detailed records and communicating any resident changes to the Wellness Leader and families.

Qualifications

• Previous healthcare, geriatrics, or elderly care experience preferred.
• CNA or MA certification preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow written or spoken instructions.

Responsibilities

• Actively supports our culture and 1440 care standards.
• Complete daily/weekly tasks as assigned by the Wellness Coordinator and assist others as needed.
• Provide bathing, grooming, dining assistance, mobility support, and incontinence care.
• Assist with morning and bedtime routines and light room upkeep.
• Complete and document records and communicate resident changes promptly to the Wellness Leader.
