Job summary

Sunflower Springs Indianland in Indian Land, SC is seeking a compassionate caregiver to enhance the SRIM experience by providing daily living support to residents and their families.

You will assist with ADLs, meal service, light housekeeping, and laundry while promoting independence, dignity, and safe, respectful interactions.

The role requires reading and following instructions, clear communication with residents, families, and staff, and adherence to HIPAA policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent experience in elder care.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and write simple notes.
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Support residents with dining, light housekeeping, and laundry to promote independence.
• Observe and report changes to the supervisor daily.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
