Job summary

Harvest Home Senior Living Services is seeking a Caregiver/Med Passer for 12-hour shifts in Howards Grove, WI. This full-time, hourly position supports residents with daily living activities and medications, following ISP plans and state/federal regulations.

You will promote a caring, Christian environment, maintain safety, and assist with meals and recreation while documenting changes and emergencies as needed. Prior CBRF training and a compassionate attitude are preferred.

Qualifications

• Desire to work with the elderly in a Christian environment that upholds privacy, dignity, choice and independence.
• Able to organize and use time appropriately with minimal supervision.
• Able to work well with others as part of a team.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Promote Harvest Home Senior Living Services mission in daily work.
• Be punctual and maintain reliable attendance according to schedule.
• Review resident ISP and daily logs to understand needs and health changes.
• Assist residents with medications as indicated and allowed by regulation.
• Prepare and serve meals according to menu plans and involve residents.
• Encourage participation in activities and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Respond to emergencies per training and report any abuse or concerns.
