Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote Harvest Home Senior Living Services mission and philosophy.
• Be punctual and maintain reliable attendance according to schedule.
• Review resident ISP to understand needs and health changes.
• Provide personal services to residents as assigned on ISPs.
• Assist residents with medications as indicated and allowed by regulation.
• Prepare and serve meals according to menus and involve residents when possible.
• Encourage participation in scheduled group and individual activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment and assist with housekeeping as needed.
