Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Care Provider to assist residents with daily living activities and personalized care in a senior living setting. The role focuses on maintaining residents’ independence, safety, and dignity while delivering compassionate support.

Responsibilities include responding to residents’ needs, communicating health changes to supervisors, and upholding safety standards across the community.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not required; training is provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly.
• Ability to interact clearly with residents, families and staff.
• Must pass background and health screenings, including TB tests and health checks.
• Oakmont may require vaccination and PPE where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) per care plan (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, walking, continence).
• Respond promptly to residents’ needs while preserving dignity and safety.
• Report changes in residents’ condition to a supervisor.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment for staff, residents and guests following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork and positive cooperation with coworkers and other departments.
