The Cottages is a small, home-like community focused on helping seniors live safely and with dignity in Meridian, Idaho. We seek compassionate caregivers who want to grow with us and make a meaningful daily impact with their residents.

Experience is preferred but not required; we provide industry-leading training. We offer health insurance, PTO, 401k with employer match, vision and dental coverage, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• GREAT ATTITUDE, one of compassion and a sincere desire to help others
• Ability to take direction, follow rules exactly, be proactive and thoughtful
• Successful completion of a Criminal History check
• Pass the post-offer drug test
• Be able to lift at least 50lbs
• Be 17 years of age or older
