Job summary

The Cottages in Idaho is seeking compassionate caregivers to help our senior residents live safely and with dignity. You will support daily activities, provide companionship, assist with bathing, grooming, meals, and mobility, and help maintain a warm, home-like environment.

Experience is welcomed but not required; we offer industry-leading training, flexible shifts (PM & NOC), and opportunities for advancement. A positive attitude and reliability are essential for success on our team.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and reliable individual dedicated to elder care.
• Ability to follow care plans and document accurately.
• Successful completion of background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Hygiene and grooming assistance for residents.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Mobility assistance and safety monitoring.
• Provide joyful companionship and engage residents in activities.
