Job summary

The Cottages is a small, home-like community dedicated to helping seniors live safely, comfortably, and with dignity. We are looking for compassionate caregivers who genuinely want to love on our seniors, grow in their role, and make a meaningful impact every single day. Experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• GREAT ATTITUDE, one of compassion and a sincere desire to help others
• Ability to take direction, follow rules exactly, be proactive and thoughtful
• Successful completion of a Criminal History check
• Pass the post-offer drug test
• Be able to lift at least 50lbs
• Be 17 years of age or older
