Spring Harbor is seeking a Transport/Liaison role focused on resident safety and timely appointments. You will drive community vehicles, assist residents onto and off vehicles, and help with assistive devices while ensuring compliance with licensing and safety procedures.

The position requires reading and following instructions, maintaining logs, and being available for evenings and weekends. A compassionate demeanor toward geriatric residents is essential.

• Basic understanding of vehicle components to communicate maintenance needs.
• Ability to remain calm under emergency situations and while managing multiple tasks.
• Compassion for and appreciation of the elderly population.

Mansioni

• Drive community vehicles to transport residents to appointments and activities; assist residents on/off vehicles and with assistive devices.
• Maintain travel logs and transportation charges; conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections; report hazards or needed repairs.
• Schedule resident appointments and requests; attend meetings and trainings as needed.
