Job summary

Clatsop Care Center Health District in Warrenton, Oregon, seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide daily living assistance and personalized care to residents. You will support bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, and mobility, while promoting dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly and compassionately with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming).
• Support resident self-involvement and dignity.
• Deliver meals and snacks, promote hydration and nutrition.
• Document resident services in care plans as required.
• Assist with ambulation and transfers as needed.
• Maintain infection control and safe handling with cleaning products.
• Cleans and tidies resident rooms and common areas.
• Collaborate with staff to deliver resident-centered care.
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions.
