Job summary

Generations Assisted Living & Memory Care seeks a compassionate Nurse Aide to provide personal care and support residents in daily activities. You will follow individual care plans, assist with meals, hygiene, mobility and safety, and respond to calls to ensure comfort and well‑being.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Experience providing care to older adults.
• Willingness to obtain Personal Care Services certification within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care and assistance to residents per plans and rights.
• Assist with activities of daily living and instrumental daily living.
• Notify coordinators of changes in resident condition.
• Respond immediately to resident calls.
• Assist with meals, dining room activities, and observation of appetite.
• Maintain resident rooms and assist with laundry as needed.
• Promote independence while ensuring safety and dignity.
