Responsibilities

• Provide direct care tailored to individual needs.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal hygiene.
• Support meal preparation and meet dietary needs.
• Promote independent living skills, budgeting and household tasks.
• Encourage community inclusion and social activities.
• Implement individualized goals and support plans in a person-centered environment.
• Ensure health and safety of individuals under care.
