Job summary

Metro Star Services in Orlando, FL seeks Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide compassionate, hands-on care that helps individuals live independently in the community.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of caregiving, healthcare, or disability support experience preferred.
• Must pass background checks and required certifications.
• Reliable, patient, and compassionate with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care services tailored to individuals' needs.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming.
• Help with meal preparation and ensure dietary needs are met.
• Promote independent living skills such as budgeting and household tasks.
