The candidate should have compassionate care, strong communication, and good judgment. Requires CT driver’s license and vehicle; CPR/First Aid/PMT/Med Certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CT Driver's license and vehicle required.
• CPR, First Aid, PMT and Med Certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provides support to individuals in daily activities, including home, finances, nutrition, and medical needs.
• Develops natural supports and assists individuals in personal growth and goal achievement.
• Ensures group home settings meet safety and confidentiality standards.
